Jeffrey Monteiro, former designer for Mayle and Derek Lam, has been getting tons of press recently and was named one of eight designers to watch in 2009 by fashion and lifestyle site Refinery29.com. After Michelle Williams was seen in a few of his fall pieces, our phone was ringing off the hook with women clamoring for his peacoats and dresses.
